LunaRoute's Referral Program is our way of thanking customers and early users who introduce new people and companies to LunaRoute.
There are two parts to the program:
- Standard referrals for LunaRoute Pro, Max, Apex, and Teams plans; and
- Enterprise introductions for LunaRoute's offering identified on our website as "For Enterprise."
These Referral Program Terms (the "Program Terms") explain how the program works and the conditions that apply. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to these Program Terms and to LunaRoute's other applicable terms and policies, including our Terms of Service. If these Program Terms conflict with another LunaRoute policy solely with respect to a Referral Program reward, these Program Terms control for that issue.

1. Standard Referral Program — Give $200, Get $200
How it works
If you are an eligible LunaRoute user, you may share your unique referral code with someone who is new to LunaRoute.
When that person:
- creates a new LunaRoute account using your referral code;
- starts a paid Pro, Max, Apex, or Teams subscription; and
- successfully completes the first paid subscription payment,
then, subject to these Program Terms:
- the referred customer receives $200 in LunaRoute credits if they subscribe to a monthly plan, or a $200 discount on the first invoice if they subscribe to a yearly plan; and
- the referrer receives $200 in LunaRoute credits, applied to the referrer's next invoice, on every eligible plan. Referrer rewards are always account credits; they are never refunded or paid out.
A referral is not complete merely because someone creates an account or begins a signup flow. The first successful paid subscription payment is the qualification event.
Eligible plans
The standard $200 / $200 referral program applies to:
- Pro
- Max
- Apex
- Teams
For Referral Program purposes, Teams is not an Enterprise plan.
LunaRoute's offering identified as "For Enterprise" is governed by the Enterprise Introduction Program in Section 2 below and does not qualify for the standard $200 / $200 reward.
Who can refer
To make a referral, your LunaRoute account must have an active LunaRoute subscription, or be an account that LunaRoute has designated as eligible to refer. That requirement applies both when your referral code is used at signup and when the reward is issued. A referral whose referrer does not meet it at either of those moments does not qualify.
Before your referral code is shown, an owner or administrator of your workspace must accept these Program Terms from the billing page.
New customers only
The referred customer must be new to LunaRoute when using the referral code. An existing LunaRoute account generally cannot be converted into a referred account after the fact.
Referral codes must be used at signup for automatic attribution. Referrals are not retroactive. LunaRoute may make an exception in an individual case, but is not required to do so.
Unlimited referrals
There is no fixed limit on the number of qualifying referrals you may make under the standard program.
Referral rewards from separate qualifying referrals accumulate and stack with one another. For example, if you make three separate qualifying standard referrals, you may receive a total of $600 in referral credits, subject to expiration, use, revocation, and the other rules in these Program Terms.
2. Enterprise Introduction Program — $1,000 Credit
What counts as Enterprise
The Enterprise Introduction Program applies only to LunaRoute's offering identified on our website as "For Enterprise."
Pro, Max, Apex, and Teams do not count as Enterprise for purposes of this program.
How to make an Enterprise introduction
Enterprise opportunities are handled directly rather than through the standard referral-code flow.
To make an Enterprise introduction, contact us at hello@lunaroute.com. If you have an existing relationship with a LunaRoute team member, we may also accept an introduction made directly to that person and record it internally.
Qualification and reward
If your qualifying introduction results in the introduced organization becoming a paying LunaRoute Enterprise customer, the Enterprise referral reward becomes eligible after LunaRoute receives that customer's first successful Enterprise payment.
Subject to these Program Terms, LunaRoute will then issue $1,000 in LunaRoute credits.
Where the Enterprise credit goes
The qualifying referrer may ask LunaRoute to apply the $1,000 Enterprise referral credit to either:
- the referrer's own LunaRoute account; or
- the referred Enterprise customer's LunaRoute account.
The destination should be selected before the credit is issued. After issuance, the credit is not transferable unless LunaRoute expressly approves an exception.
You may introduce your own employer
You may introduce LunaRoute to your own employer or organization, and that introduction may qualify for the Enterprise Introduction Program.
If you choose to receive a referral benefit personally, you are responsible for confirming that doing so is permitted by your employer's applicable policies, including any gift, procurement, conflict-of-interest, vendor-selection, or similar rules. If appropriate, you may instead have the $1,000 credit applied to your employer's LunaRoute account.
Existing LunaRoute opportunities
An organization generally will not qualify as a new Enterprise referral if LunaRoute was already in an active Enterprise sales discussion or sales process with that organization before the claimed introduction.
LunaRoute will determine whether an opportunity was already active based on its records and may make exceptions in its discretion.
Unlimited Enterprise introductions
There is no fixed limit on the number of separate qualifying Enterprise introductions you may make.
Each separately qualifying Enterprise customer may generate a separate $1,000 referral credit. Enterprise referral credits may accumulate with other Enterprise referral credits and with standard referral credits.
3. Referral Credit Rules
Referral credits are account credits, not cash
All Referral Program rewards are promotional LunaRoute account credits.
Referral credits:
- have no cash value;
- cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash;
- are not refundable;
- cannot be sold or resold;
- cannot be assigned or transferred to another person or account, except for the Enterprise credit destination choice expressly described above; and
- do not create a bank balance, stored-value account, property right, or right to payment from LunaRoute.
If eligible LunaRoute charges exceed your available referral-credit balance, you are responsible for the remaining charges under your applicable LunaRoute plan and agreement.
Eligible charges
Referral credits may be applied only to LunaRoute fees or charges that LunaRoute designates as eligible for promotional credits.
Certain taxes, fees, third-party charges, pass-through charges, or other amounts may be excluded from promotional-credit use at LunaRoute's discretion.
Expiration
Each referral credit expires 12 months after the date it is issued, or on the first invoice issued after that date, whichever is later, unless LunaRoute expressly states otherwise.
Any unused balance remaining at expiration is forfeited automatically and will not be refunded, replaced, paid out, or converted to cash.
Where a credit has been partially used, only the remaining unused portion expires.
Account closure, cancellation, suspension, or termination
If an account holding referral credits is closed, cancelled, suspended, or terminated for any reason, any unused referral credits may be forfeited or revoked.
Unused credits are not paid out or refunded when an account ends.
Multiple referral rewards
Referral credits earned from multiple qualifying referrals may be accumulated and used from the same account, subject to these Program Terms.
For clarity, referral rewards stack with other referral rewards.
Other promotions
Referral credits may not be combined with unrelated promotional offers, promotional credits, coupons, discounts, or other special programs unless LunaRoute expressly allows the combination.
LunaRoute may decide, on a promotion-by-promotion basis, whether a particular offer may be combined with referral credits.
4. Attribution and Duplicate Claims
Standard referral attribution
For the standard program, LunaRoute relies on the referral code and other records captured by our systems.
A referral code should be used when the referred customer creates the new LunaRoute account. If no referral code is recorded at signup, LunaRoute is not required to apply one later.
One referral per referred customer
A referred customer/account may normally qualify under only one standard referral.
If more than one person claims the same referral, LunaRoute may determine the qualifying referrer based on referral-code records, account records, timestamps, communications, and any other information LunaRoute considers appropriate.
Enterprise duplicate claims
If more than one person claims credit for the same Enterprise opportunity, LunaRoute will determine whether a referral qualifies and, if so, which introduction will receive the referral reward.
LunaRoute's records and determination will control for purposes of the Referral Program.
5. Self-Referrals, Fraud, Abuse, and Manipulation
The Referral Program is intended to reward genuine introductions of new users and organizations.
You may not use the program in a fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or manipulative manner. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate credits;
- referring yourself through another account or identity primarily to obtain a reward;
- controlling both sides of a purported referral primarily to generate credits;
- using fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods;
- manipulating payment, cancellation, refund, or signup events to trigger a reward;
- reselling or attempting to sell referral credits;
- attempting unauthorized transfers of credits;
- making false or misleading statements about LunaRoute or the Referral Program;
- using spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or other unlawful methods to distribute referral codes; or
- otherwise violating LunaRoute's Terms of Service, policies, or applicable law.
A genuine introduction to a separate employer or organization — including your own employer — is not automatically treated as prohibited self-referral merely because you work there.
6. Refunds, Reversals, and Chargebacks
A referral reward may depend on a qualifying payment remaining valid.
If a qualifying payment is later refunded, reversed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated, LunaRoute may withhold, reverse, or revoke any related referral credit, including credits already issued to the referrer or referred customer.
The same applies if LunaRoute determines that the underlying account or transaction did not satisfy the Referral Program requirements.
7. Public Endorsements and Disclosures
If you publicly recommend, endorse, review, or promote LunaRoute while you are eligible to receive referral credits or other benefits, you are responsible for making any disclosures required by applicable law, regulation, or platform rules.
Where required, your disclosure should clearly state that you may receive LunaRoute credits or another benefit if someone uses your referral code or introduction.
Any required disclosure should be clear, conspicuous, and placed with or near the endorsement, recommendation, review, or referral message so that a reasonable person is likely to notice and understand it. A disclosure that is hidden in a profile, buried in terms or other text, placed only in a group of hashtags, or otherwise difficult to notice may not be sufficient.
Referral participation does not require you to make a positive statement about LunaRoute. Any public statement you make about LunaRoute should reflect your genuine experience and opinion and should not contain false or misleading statements.
LunaRoute may provide additional disclosure guidance from time to time and may request that you correct, update, remove, or stop using promotional or referral content that LunaRoute believes does not comply with applicable law, platform rules, these Program Terms, or LunaRoute's policies.
8. Employer and Organizational Policies
If you participate in the Referral Program in connection with your employer, client, or another organization, you are responsible for complying with that organization's rules and policies.
These may include policies relating to gifts, incentives, conflicts of interest, procurement, vendor selection, outside benefits, or similar matters.
LunaRoute may require a referral benefit to be redirected, withheld, or declined if LunaRoute believes doing so is appropriate for compliance or other reasons.
9. Taxes
You are responsible for any tax obligations, reporting obligations, or similar consequences that may arise from referral credits or benefits you receive.
LunaRoute may request information or take other steps reasonably necessary to comply with applicable tax or reporting requirements.
10. LunaRoute's Right to Review, Withhold, Revoke, or Deny Rewards
LunaRoute may review any referral, account, payment, introduction, or credit at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LunaRoute reserves the right, at any time and for any reason, to deny, withhold, reverse, reduce, revoke, cancel, or otherwise modify a referral reward or promotional credit, including after the credit has been issued.
This right includes, without limitation, situations involving suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, duplicate attribution, chargebacks, refunds, payment failures, errors, violations of these Program Terms or other LunaRoute terms, technical issues, or conduct that LunaRoute believes is inconsistent with the purpose of the Referral Program.
LunaRoute may also disqualify a participant from current or future participation in the Referral Program.
No referral reward is guaranteed until LunaRoute determines that all applicable requirements have been satisfied, and an issued credit remains subject to these Program Terms.
11. Changes to or Termination of the Program
LunaRoute may modify, suspend, replace, or terminate all or any part of the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes may include, without limitation:
- changing reward amounts;
- changing eligible plans;
- changing qualification events;
- changing credit expiration periods;
- changing eligibility requirements;
- limiting or expanding participation;
- changing how referrals are attributed; or
- ending either referral program entirely.
Unless LunaRoute expressly states otherwise, the version of the Program Terms in effect when LunaRoute determines a referral reward is earned will govern that reward, subject to LunaRoute's rights to review, withhold, revoke, or modify credits as described above.
12. Program Administration and Final Determinations
LunaRoute administers the Referral Program and may interpret these Program Terms, resolve ambiguities, make eligibility decisions, determine attribution, decide whether a payment or customer qualifies, and resolve disputes relating to the program.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LunaRoute's records and determinations concerning Referral Program eligibility, attribution, qualification, credit issuance, balances, expiration, revocation, and abuse are final for purposes of administering the program.
LunaRoute may make exceptions to these Program Terms in individual cases without creating an obligation to make the same exception in any other case.
13. Relationship to Other LunaRoute Terms
Participation in the Referral Program does not change the terms governing your use of LunaRoute services.
Your use of LunaRoute remains subject to the applicable LunaRoute Terms of Service, ordering terms, privacy notice, and any other agreement between you and LunaRoute.
Nothing in the Referral Program creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, sales-representative, or similar relationship between you and LunaRoute. You do not have authority to bind LunaRoute, make commitments on LunaRoute's behalf, or represent that you are an employee, agent, or authorized sales representative of LunaRoute.
