# LunaRoute — Claude Desktop

Claude Desktop via LunaRoute: the app talks to gw.lunaroute.com through its own third-party inference profile (inferenceProvider gateway + modelDiscoveryEnabled + the X-LunaRoute-Client: claude-desktop header), and its picker fills by discovery with Claude-shaped alias ids. `npx @lunaroute/cli setup claude-desktop` merges the six keys into the profile the app created; `npx @lunaroute/cli setup claude-desktop --remove` restores the pre-setup snapshot. Flat monthly plans with priority concurrency, no monthly message cap; open-weight models only, not Claude's. Profile path verified on Linux; macOS and Windows unverified.
